What are boqi's main products?

We mainly produce Triac dimmable LED drivers, 0-10V dimmable LED drivers, Dali dimmable LED drivers, and LED dimmers. To meet the demands of customers’ one-stop purchasing, we also provide compatible LED dimmers and related lighting controllers, such as RF controllers, DMX512 & RDM controllers, Zigbee controllers, and SPI controllers, etc.

What components does boqi use for dimmable LED drivers?

We mainly use brand new components, like ST, Rubycon, TI, nichicon, Samsung, Panasonic, etc.

What is the main market of boqi?

We are selling more to the European Union and Mid-Asia because the markets have a high-quality standard for intelligent LED products. But other new markets are increasing demand for the latest LED technology. We are also optimistic about the needs of other American and Asian regions.

What is boqi company's warranty policy?

We have a 3 or 5 years warranty for different products. Normally, 5 years for DALI drivers and lighting controllers, 3 years for TRIAC dimmable LED Drivers, and no dimmable LED Drivers. During the warranty period, if customers have proof showing product quality issues and are certified by our engineers, we will request customers to ship back the failed parts and replace free new items.

How to place an order?

Email order details to our sales department, including item model number, quantity, and consignee’s contact information including detailed address, phone fax number, email address, notify party, etc. Then our sales representative will contact you within 1 working day.

What is boqi lead time?

Usually, we ship orders in 3-7 days if the materials are in stock. But it will take a little longer if we have the heavy burden of production tasks. It also takes more time to customize products.

Does boqi offer free samples, and what's the MOQ?

Yes, we offer free samples and no MOQ for standard products. But we have MOQ for customized products. MOQ varies depending on the product. E.g., for customized DALI drivers 150W, the MOQ is 1000 units.

Does boqi provide OEM/ODM services?

Yes, We have gained a lot of experience with OEM and ODM LED drives and controllers. We will strictly follow the principle that we won’t disclose or sell customer’s unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.

How does boqi ship the goods, and how long does it take to arrive?

We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping is also optional.

What is the boqi payment term?

For small orders, generally less than US$200, you can pay through PayPal. But for the standard product bulk orders, we only accept 30% T/T advance and 70% T/T before shipment.
